ME&V President to Present at National Philanthropy Network Forum
CEDAR FALLS (July 19, 2006) - Dee Vandeventer, president and partner at ME&V, will be a key presenter at this year’s American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) Philanthropy Network (APN) Summer Forum. The APN Summer Forum takes place July 29-30 at Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, Baltimore, Md.
Vandeventer will co-present “The 3 R’s of Grantsmanship: Readiness, wRiting and Relationship” with Mike Bell, Vice President, Center for Philanthropy at The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. Through this comprehensive session, participants will be given an overview of current trends in foundation funding and learn practical guidelines for identifying potential funding sources. The session will also address building the case for support, developing proposals and tracking and managing grant awards.
