ME&V History

Start at Square One
ME&V is owned by four partners, Mark Mathis, James Infelt, Bryan Earnest and Dee Vandeventer, who take an active role in the company. The partnership is a limited liability company called Rock, Paper, Scissors, LLC.

In the summer of 1996, the four partners left successful careers to form a new and different advertising consultancy. The difference was a client-driven orientation. They saw ME&V as an extension of their business, creating a power-filled relationship.

The synergy between clients and staff results in effective, impactful marketing and fundraising. The proof of performance is our tremendous growth. Since opening, ME&V has served more than 800 clients with nearly 50 employees housed in offices in Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids and Des Moines.
