Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. Conducted a development audit, feasibility study and campaign counsel for the $6 million South Pinellas County Community Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Conducted a $20 million campaign to build a North County Hospice Home and advance patient care through the integration of technology, program reserves and endowment funds.
Hospice of Southern Illinois. Serving as campaign counsel for a $7 million hospice home campaign in Belleville, Illinois. Raised to date: $3.9 million.
Hospice of Central Iowa. Conducted development audit, strategic planning, feasibility study and served as campaign counsel for a $6 million hospice home campaign in Des Moines—their third home.
Joliet Area Community Hospice. Conducted feasibility study and capital campaign to establish a Hospice Home in Joliet, Illinois. Goal: $3 million. Raised: $4 million. Served as campaign counsel for the organization’s first capital campaign. Facilitated the award of one of only 51 2002 Kresge Grants worldwide.
Iowa State Bar Association. Served as campaign counsel for a $3 million campaign to build a new headquarters building. Raised: $3.045 million.
Wilton Library and Community Center. Conducted a feasbility study and serving as capital campaign counsel for a $2.84 million capital campaign. Raised to date: $1.7 million.
Grundy County Memorial Hospital. Capital campaign to expand facilities. Phase I Goal: $1.8 million. Serving as counsel for the organization’s first capital campaign. Raised to date: $1.7 million.
Jones Regional Medical Center. Conducted a feasibility study for a $1.5 million fundraising campaign in Anamosa, Iowa. The goal was achieved ahead of schedule and raised to $2.5 million. Raised to date: $2 million.
Waverly Child Care & Preschool. Feasibility study and counsel for a $1.5 million campaign to build a new facility. Raised: $1.6 million.
Cedar Valley Hospice. Managed the capital campaign to establish a Hospice Home in Waterloo, Iowa. Goal: $1.3 million. Raised: $1.7 million. Served as campaign counsel for the organization’s first capital campaign and completed a $500,000 endowment drive. Raised: $795,000.
Cedar Valley Economic Development Corporation (now called Greater Cedar Valley Alliance). Conducted feasibility study and served as counsel for campaign that successfully raised $1.4 million in only nine months in 2003 in Waterloo, Iowa.
Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra. Conducted feasibility study and served as counsel for organization’s 75th anniversary $750,000 endowment campaign. Raised: $1.09 million.
Diamond Trail Fitness Center, Sully. Consultant on a successful $100,000 CAT grant to fund a $560,000 recreation center in Sully, Iowa. Awarded spring 2005. |
